Everyone is individual, and with regards to self-advocacy there will be a wide variety of issues that people will advocate about. This means that there is no one "right" way of making contact with others, whether it be writing letters or speaking over the phone. The following links are meant to assist you in making contact in the best possible way; to ensure that you effectively communicate what you want to say, and give you the best possible chance of a positive result.
