(1) Advertising Standards Board

The Advertising Standards Board (ASB) is an independent body administered by the Advertising Standards Bureau. The Bureau is funded by the advertising industry. T he Board deals with public complaints about the content of print, TV, radio, cinema and outdoor advertisements -

  • health & safety

In doing this, the ASB refers to Section 2 of the Advertiser Code of Ethics of the Australian Association of National Advertisers. You may find this Code useful in helping you explain your complaint.
