Direct Selling or Direct Marketing
Direct Selling Association of Australia (DSAA) - Code of Practice Administrator
The DSAA is the national association for companies that distribute and sell goods and services directly to you in your home or workplace, rather than at a fixed retail location. Membership is not compulsory. DSAA members include companies such as Amway, Tupperware, Herbal Life and Avon. More information about DSAA - here.
Members agree to abide by the DSAA Code of Practice (scroll down).
A Code of Practice Administrator resolves consumer complaints, monitors member companies' complaint resolution mechanisms and enforces the Code.
