(1) The Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA) will investigate a complaint about one of its members. RCSA members must abide by a Code of Professional Conduct. A dispute between you and an RCSA member can be referred to the RCSA Disciplinary Committee for a decision. That decision will be binding on the member.
