The FIAA will investigate issues about the conduct of its members. Contact your State or Territory office on the numbers below for advice, but you may have to put the matter in writing also. To help resolve your dispute, an independent expert opinion can be obtained. There is a charge for this.

You can lodge a complaint with AFRA if the removalist is one of its members.

How to complain

You will need to put it in writing (mail or fax) and include any documentation you have received from the removalist.
